Friday Night Five

I mentioned earlier in the week that I might start doing a feature on my favourite beauty blog posts. It was just a throw-away comment, but once I get a bee in my bonnet, I just can't let it go! I have 23 beauty blogs on my reader, so surely I'd be able to scrape up a few links. At first I thought I'd do the feature once a month, but I already have 14 links collected for this month, and we're only halfway through! So it might need to be more often, because I hate to post an insanely long list of links. At this point, I'm not sure how often this feature will be, or if Fridays are the best day for it, so expect some things to change in the next few months! Here we go:

The Plastic Diaries: Melbourne Fashion Week: Alice McCall Backstage Beauty - inspired by babushka dolls, the hair was demure girly with milkmaid braids. The makeup had a 'just in from the cold' feel, with flushed cheeks, stained lips and light washes of teal on the lids.

More Nail Polish: How I Organise My Stash - this blogger has more nail polish that my little brain can even comprehend, and in this post she explains her system for storing and documenting it. My kind of organisational style!
